We did Chichen Itza, Hidden Worlds, and Xplore with you as well as our ride to and from the airport. I just wanted

We all had a blast down there, especially Hidden Worlds, that place

our wonderful driver Béto! This was our first trip to this part of Mexico, and Béto was not only a safe
and reliable driver, but he also acted as our impromptu tour guide – providing us with local information,
colorful anecdotes, and an endless supply of brochures and guide books, which made the long ride enjoyable
instead of tedious. Béto also gave us the perfect ending to our trip by taking us to a roadside taqueria

Brant, I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that USA Transfers will be the only company we use in the
Riviera from here on out. When we arrived Jan. 1st at the Cancun Airport our contact was right outside with the
USA Transfers sign just as you stated he would be. He called the driver right away and we were loaded and on the
road within minutes. The driver was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. He got us to our resort
in great time, and safely. We had a 1:30pm pick-up on Jan. 8th at our resort, and the driver was 10 minutes early.

More than that though, they were entertaining and informative. I always like to ask a lot of questions

outside the airport when we landed and was very friendly and informative on our trip to Dreams Resort.
Unfortunately for us, our return flight home was an early flight. We were to be picked up at our hotel at
5:45 AM for our trip to the airport. I must admit, I was a little nervous that your driver may be late for
such an early pickup, but as we were at the resort´s front desk checking out that morning at 5:40 AM,

| Upon arrival (which was one half-hour late) I was glad to see USA waiting with smiling faces.
Our porter took our luggage and to our surprise a Dodge Status came to pick us up.
Well, with a few laughs and promises to ride on top of the car..USA converted our car to a van
within a few minutes. You see, I reserved, "Mom travelling solo with two
kids." Two average kids would have fit, but myself at 6'0" my 14 year old at 6'0" and my 10 year old at 5'7"
with three suitcases couldn't cut it. I will refer to them as American big teens in the future.

Hello Brant & Trina, I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks.
First and foremost, Trina, you are a lifesaver! When we had no one else to turn to, we brought our bizarre
request to you and you totally came thru. Cancun is definitely not like Ohio! I don’t know what we’d have done otherwise.
That was definitely a learning experience for future trips to Cancun!
Second, your van service and private trips were outstanding. We had Carlos for 2 different trips and he was a great guy.
Carlos was very courteous, helpful, and generally pleasant. We only had a chance to use our ePlus cards twice on our trip,
but they were well worth the money. Casa Maguey was very nice and we saved $18 per card at one dinner!
Lorito Joes was a bit more touristy, but still very nice. You will be our first choice for any tour/food/van needs on
future trips to Cancun. We will also recommend your services to anyone we know going to Cancun in the future.

I've been to Mexico enough to know that customer services can be a little shaky with most Mexican based companies, but the professionalism that I received via e-mail and by phone by you and your staff was outstanding. Not to mention our super-professional, knowledgeable and safe driver!!
Our driver (my apologies that his name escapes me right now) was FANTASTIC! It was raining that day, but he was SO safe, that we were totally at ease. The car was newer, clean and spacious.
