Every interaction with you and your team was 100% positive, from booking the transport, to rebooking it when our flight was changed, to the greeter at the Cancun airport and, last but not least, our wonderful driver Béto! This was our first trip to this part of Mexico, and Béto was not only a safe and reliable driver, but he also acted as our impromptu tour guide – providing us with local information, colorful anecdotes, and an endless supply of brochures and guide books, which made the long ride enjoyable instead of tedious. Béto also gave us the perfect ending to our trip by taking us to a roadside taqueria on the drive back to airport where we feasted on nopales tacos. I just got home from a week vacation in cancun. the best vacation I ever had. I booked 3 private tours with you, Tulum and Coba, Xcaret, and Chichen Itza Ik kil Ek Balam tours. More than that though, they were entertaining and informative. I always like to ask a lot of questions about the region and about current events and lifestyles. One of the highlights of our trip was the day spent with Luis traveling to Tulum and Xel-Ha. The day went flawlessly, as we followed your instructions on how to best utilize our time. I’m sure you are already aware of it, but he is a wonderful person – a gentleman with a sense of humor who went out of his way to ensure that we had a wonderful day. He fully succeeded in doing that.

Brant, We were very happy with your service and we’re so glad we booked an airport / Puerto Juarez transfer with you. Just want to let you guys how great your deals are. First off – the airport transfer service was perfect. Both drivers were perfect, on time, and accomodating. We also took advantage of your Chichen Itza tour. Although I made the mistake of not booking before I left the states – my husband sent an email to you guys for someone to contact me at the hotel. And they did. Perfect. Your $45 fee certainly beats the $86 per person the hotel wanted to charge. Cudos to tourguide Antonio – he was great. Last but not least – the discount card for area restaurants was great. We used it everyday execept for one meal. Saved a ton for the 4 of us. There were definitely enough restaurants to choose from. We actually had a lot of fun picking out which restaurant we would try each night, then venturing out to find it. The card was amazing! We were so glad to have found you Brant! We must have used it at least two to three times a day everyday for meals. Give or take 20 times in 7 days. We got to pass the line at Coco Bongo’s which was a major highlight (that line was nuts!).

Just a quick note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed the two (private) excursions we booked thru you for Chitzen Itza and Xel-Ha/Tulum. Victor and Eduardo (our drivers) were both great guys, and our decision to book the trips this way is mainly due to the very good remarks and comments about you and your company on tripadvisor.com
As an adult family of five traveling, the 2-1 meals were well worth it. We ate at the Crab House, Beefeaters, and Faro’s and they are all top quality restaurants. Needless to say when the prices are $20-$30 per dinner we literally saved about $50 per night easily justifying the purchase of 2 cards. The best feature of the card was the 2 for 1 dinners because of the deep discount. The jungle tour was great; we saved $10 X 4 people. It is interesting to note that your card was greeted with joy. We have been to Mexico several times and this was BY FAR the best tour we have EVER had. Miguel was top notch. His knowledge was amazing. My husband studied Mayan history in college so it was of great interest to him. Miguel and my husband talked at length about the history together and my husband was very impressed.

Our driver Fernando was better than perfect and our trip was the highlight of our stay in Cancun. We also used the airport transfer and save money but more important time and aggrevation. We used your airport transportation Jan. 31, 2007 from the airport to the Ambiance Villas and Feb. 4, 2007 from the Ambiance to The Moon Palace. Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our tour on Saturday to Xel-ha and Tulum. Our driver, Eduardo, was wonderful. We left at 7:30 not realizing how close our resort was located to Xel-ha and that we would arrive before it opened. Eduardo suggested we do Tulum first and then head on to Xel-ha. What a good idea. He toured us through Tulum, was very informative and we beat all the large touring companies — and the heat, as well. Then he took us to Xel-ha where he also gave us excellent information on how best to get the most out of our day.
I simply can’t emphasize enough how much we appreciated his informative suggestions and interesting conversation. He is truly an asset to your organization and we will most definitely utilize your tour service when we return to Riviera Maya. Vicky Hulsberg

Upon arrival (which was one half-hour late) I was glad to see USA waiting with smiling faces. Our porter took our luggage and to our surprise a Dodge Status came to pick us up. Well, with a few laughs and promises to ride on top of the car..USA converted our car to a van within a few minutes. You see, I reserved, "Mom travelling solo with two kids." Two average kids would have fit, but myself at 6’0" my 14 year old at 6’0" and my 10 year old at 5’7" with three suitcases couldn’t cut it. I will refer to them as American big teens in the future. The jungle tour we took was EXCELLENT. Honest..We had been on a couple other tours before but this was by far the very best. We would definitely do it again. As for the survey: More restaurants would be nice. We tried to use the card everyday as often as we could. YES I would recommend the EP Card to anyone traveling to Cancun. It made it possible for us to eat at some of the more expensive restaurants. We have been to Cancun several times and noticed prices were definitely going up in the restaurants so the card really came in handy.

We used the card three times at restaurants and saved our money the first night at OK Maguey (now Casa Maguey), which was wonderful. The mariachi band was excellent, the food was very good (my son and I had the fajitas, which were prepared at the table) and we had an excellent time. The service was excellent and we were glad we went there. They did an excellent job of making us feel welcome. We also used the card at Rosa Mexicana and the Rainforest Cafe (my 14-year-old son really wanted to eat there). No problems with using the card at either place. We particularly enjoyed eating in the courtyard at Rosa Mexicana.
The snorkeling tour with Foster from Puerto Morales was wonderful. We had an excellent time. There were only six of us on the boat so we got a lot of personal attention and instruction. He showed us a lot of the fish and we saw some squid, a barracuda, several starfish and hundreds of other fish. This was very nice and lunch was included. I appreciated the fact that he picked us up at the hotel and returned us. I would do this again for certain if we returned to Cancun. John Dietz

One of the highlights was the "private tour to Xcaret." Your concept of having a personal car/driver on tours is wonderful, and clearly worth the extra $11pp. How much more relaxing it was than waiting for a bus, going to a long line at a congested, ill-designed terminal to wait again, and then to backtrack past one’s hotel over an hour later. We were in Mexico Jan 27- Feb3 and used your services for our airport transfer and a van/driver on Jan 30 for the day. The Private tour to Chichen-Itza/Ik Kil/Ek Balam with Senor Carlos was awesome. It was great and worth the cost. The fact that he had child dvd movies and the portable player made a huge difference for my 2 kids during the ride to Chichen. Mr. Carlos was very kind and professional and also handle the timing pretty well. We left all the places at the time that the buses came in and was crowded; we were always ahead of them! He even stopped in a village store so my wife was able to buy some handcrafts. Great tour, great guy. Please say thanks again to him. Roberto Orellana

Hello Brant & Trina, I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks. First and foremost, Trina, you are a lifesaver! When we had no one else to turn to, we brought our bizarre request to you and you totally came thru. Cancun is definitely not like Ohio! I don’t know what we’d have done otherwise. That was definitely a learning experience for future trips to Cancun!
Second, your van service and private trips were outstanding. We had Carlos for 2 different trips and he was a great guy. Carlos was very courteous, helpful, and generally pleasant. We only had a chance to use our ePlus cards twice on our trip, but they were well worth the money. Casa Maguey was very nice and we saved $18 per card at one dinner! Lorito Joes was a bit more touristy, but still very nice. You will be our first choice for any tour/food/van needs on future trips to Cancun. We will also recommend your services to anyone we know going to Cancun in the future.

The transfer from the airport to our hotel went smooth. As advertised, someone was waiting for me as I walked out of the airport. NO WAIT. We were very satisfied. This is what you want for your first day on vacation. Very courteous driver. Chad Collins

The airport transportation you provide is above reproach! Drivers were great, it was quick and completely pain free! I wish we had hassle free transportation like this on every vacation!
OK Maguey’s was amazing! (Now Casa Maguey’s) Delicious food, fantastic atmosphere, and it was fun to meet you in person! It was such a great experience…and Monday night was our five year anniversary! Thanks for helping us celebrate appropriately! The mariachi’s were a blast! ****Make sure you try the Tequila Shrimp on the menu! AND homemade guacamole – they make it right in front of you! Great food!***** We would recommend the EP Card to ANY of our friends traveling to Cancun! The info you gave us prior to arrival is worth the 15 bucks for the card! Hope to see you again!
